If you have any issues with your order please get in contact with us through our contact page. We aim to get back to you within a few hours to resolve any issues you may have.
RETURNS
New Items
- All UK customers must return their items within 14 days of the date shown on the dispatch note.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Items must have all tags attached
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- A return slip must be completed in full and be included within the return parcel.
- All items purchased on sale or marked as discounted are unavailable for return. This includes items bought with a % discount code.
How Long Will my Return Take to Process?
- We aim to get your return and refund processed as quickly as possible.
- It may take up to 7 days for your return to be processed after you have returned your item(s) to us.
- If there is an issue with your return we ask you reply to our attempts to get in contact ASAP to try resolve any issues.
Voucher/Discount Codes
- The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional codes and discount offers:
- Discount codes and promotional offers are available on full price items only, unless advertised otherwise.
- Offers exclude all gift cards.
- No cash or other alternative will be given.
- All items purchased with a discount code will be ineligible for return.
- Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Discount codes can be used through our website only, and not on any other selling platform or retail store.

Where's my order?
We aim to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order date. Your order will arrive with you based on which shipping method you chose at check out.
When your order has been posted you will receive a text or email confirming it has been posted, that will also contain any tracking information if applicable.
